Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the industrial engineering team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for operational efficiency, process optimization, and cost reduction.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role.
• Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, project management, and process simulation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate engineering teams to achieve challenging goals.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
