About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the industrial engineering department, setting goals and overseeing project execution.
• Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
• Oversee the design and layout of production facilities and workflows for optimal efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in all engineered processes.
• Mentor and develop the capabilities of the industrial engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering , with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma, and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive significant operational improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
