Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production operations to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and output.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and tools to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with production staff to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the design and layout of new production lines and facility expansions.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial engineering or operations engineering role.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production control systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence operational teams.
