About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and improve industrial processes for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize material flow, equipment utilization, and labor productivity.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams on process-related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial process engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency with process analysis tools, statistical process control (SPC), and simulation software.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
