Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.

Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate technical information clearly in Coventry .
