Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing industrial processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized workflows, plant layouts, and material handling systems.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical specifications, and process control plans.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and process improvements effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial process engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
