Key Responsibilities

- Design, test, and implement new production processes and technologies.
- Create detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in real-time.
- Monitor process performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and problem-solving tools.
- Proficiency in process mapping, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
