About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall information security strategy and roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the information security team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Manage comprehensive risk assessments, vulnerability management programs, and incident response planning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and contractual security obligations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to communicate security risks and initiatives.
• Drive security awareness programs and promote a strong security culture throughout the organisation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in information security , with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing enterprise-level security programs.
• Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Strong understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure), application security, and data protection.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively and autonomously in a remote setting.
