You will be responsible for managing security risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a strong security culture. Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the overarching information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee and manage the information security program, including risk management, governance, and compliance.
Lead and mentor the information security team, fostering a culture of security excellence.
Manage security incident response activities and conduct post-incident reviews.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ensure the organization remains compliant with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in information security management .
Demonstrated experience with global security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
Expertise in risk management , threat intelligence, and incident response.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with strong strategic thinking.
