About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead their security initiatives from their Belfast office. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the development and implementation of the company's overall security strategy. You will manage a team of security professionals, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and systems against a wide range of threats. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the information security team, fostering professional growth and high performance.

- Manage risk assessments, compliance audits, and security incident response activities.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in information security, with a significant portion in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful security programs.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, threat landscapes, and risk management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
