About the Role

You will be responsible for protecting information assets, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall information security strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
• Oversee the management of security incidents, including detection, investigation, response, and post-incident review.
• Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines across the organisation.
• Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and service providers.
• Ensure the organisation meets its legal and regulatory compliance obligations related to data security and privacy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in information security, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful information security programs .
• Deep understanding of security frameworks, risk management, cybersecurity threats, and defence strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation for security initiatives.
