About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the management of security infrastructure, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Lead and mentor a team of information security professionals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage third-party risk and vendor security assessments.
• Develop and maintain an effective incident response plan and oversee its execution.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in information security management.
• Proven experience in developing and managing large-scale security programs.
• Deep understanding of security architecture, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are mandatory.
