About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects , including planning, design, procurement, and construction phases.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Lead and motivate project teams , fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture in a remote setting.
• Ensure all projects adhere to stringent quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on infrastructure development .
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement processes, and risk management techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, adapted for remote collaboration .
