• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ensure clear visibility of delivery progress, outcomes, and business value.
• Work closely with internal technology teams and external partners to achieve successful delivery.
• Support the successful commercialisation and adoption of innovative products.

Who Is This Role For?

We are looking for candidates with:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Digital Delivery Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• Strong background delivering digital products within large-scale organisations.
• Experience working with Agile product teams and multidisciplinary technology environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, ambiguity, and evolving requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering complex technology programmes from concept through to launch.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and iterative delivery methodologies.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within Innovation, Digital Product, or Emerging Technology teams.
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Automation, IoT, or Data-driven products.
• Experience delivering products through PoC, MVP, and production phases.
• Energy, Utilities, or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Previous consulting experience or experience working within complex enterprise environments.

Why Should You Apply?

• Join a growing innovation function at the forefront of digital transformation.
• Work on innovative products that impact both customers and internal business operations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, AI Engineers, Designers, and Technology specialists.
• Opportunity to shape the delivery of emerging technology solutions and AI-enabled products.
• Hybrid working model with onsite attendance only once every two weeks.
• Long-term contract opportunity with strong extension potential.
• Competitive day rate of up to £800 per day inside IR35.
• Be part of a team turning innovative concepts into real-world, commercial products.
