About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join their team in Reading . You will be responsible for driving sales through phone and email communication, managing leads, and nurturing customer relationships to achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persistent and positive attitude, and a strong understanding of sales techniques. You will be an integral part of the sales operation, focusing on inbound leads and proactive outbound calling to expand the company's client base and ensure customer satisfaction within a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and email.

Requirements
