About the Role

Our client is seeking a versatile Installation & Maintenance Technician to join their team, operating on a hybrid model. This role requires a blend of on-site responsibilities for installations and maintenance in the Cambridge area, coupled with remote support capabilities for ongoing client assistance. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment and continued optimal performance of our client's systems. Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, configurations, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Conduct routine and reactive maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.
• Provide remote technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of all installation and maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Installation Technician or Maintenance Technician.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electromechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of installation best practices and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in-person and remotely.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license for on-site visits.
