About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Installation & Maintenance Technician to join their technical team, offering a predominantly remote role with occasional on-site requirements. This position focuses on providing remote guidance and support for the installation and upkeep of our client's advanced systems. You will assist customers through the setup process, troubleshoot issues from afar, and contribute to the development of remote support resources. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance and guidance for equipment installation and setup.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered by clients during installation or operation.
• Develop and update remote troubleshooting guides and user manuals.
• Conduct remote quality checks and system performance assessments.
• Liaise with on-site field technicians when hands-on intervention is required.

Requirements
