Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission new equipment and systems at customer premises.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and preventative servicing to minimize downtime.
• Respond to service calls to diagnose and repair technical faults efficiently.
• Ensure all installations and repairs are completed to a high standard, adhering to technical specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent.
• Provide basic operational guidance to clients on the use of installed equipment.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a technical installation or maintenance role.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, and familiarity with diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must possess a full UK driving license and be comfortable travelling within the Birmingham region.
