Key Responsibilities

• Execute precise installations of equipment and systems at customer premises, adhering strictly to project plans and safety protocols.
• Perform system checks, diagnostics, and calibration to ensure optimal functionality post-installation.
• Troubleshoot any installation-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Liaise with clients to confirm installation details, provide basic user guidance, and ensure a smooth handover.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, including any challenges encountered and resolutions implemented.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are handled properly and kept in good working order.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar installation or technical role is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with diverse clients.
• Must possess a full UK driving license and be prepared for regular travel across the Tyne and Wear region.
• A commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of maintenance and installation work.
