About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Instructional Designer with a specialization in eLearning to join their fully remote team. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of course development, from needs analysis and design to development and evaluation. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online courses and learning modules using a variety of instructional strategies and multimedia tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible and effective learning content.
• Utilize eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive learning experiences.
• Conduct needs assessments and performance analyses to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through learner feedback and performance data, working remotely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio of eLearning and online course development.
• Proficiency with major eLearning authoring tools and multimedia software.
• Solid understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and engagement strategies.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting.
