About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning courses, modules, and training materials using industry-standard authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive elements to enhance learning.
• Apply learning theories and instructional design principles to create effective and measurable learning experiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio of eLearning projects.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Solid understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and learning technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing tasks in a remote setting.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, user-centered learning experiences from Edinburgh .
