Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and process insurance claims accurately and promptly.
• Assess claim validity against policy terms and conditions, investigating circumstances as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, third parties, and repair networks throughout the claims process.
• Negotiate settlements within authorized limits, ensuring fairness and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claim activities in the company's system.
• Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate them according to company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Claims Handler or in a customer service role within the insurance industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office software.
• Ability to analyze information and make sound judgments.
