Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company's operations, advising on necessary adjustments.

• Investigate compliance breaches and incidents, recommending and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a compliance or risk management role within the insurance or financial services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant UK insurance regulations (e.g., FCA Handbook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory texts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of advising senior management.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Compliance Professional qualification) is desirable.
