About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Operations Manager to lead their operational functions in Oxford . This senior role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the insurance business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all departments, including underwriting, claims, and customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the insurance company's operations, including underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, and customer support.
