About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Insurance Operations Manager to lead their remote operations team. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of insurance operations, including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of remote operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and technological enhancements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
