You will ensure all policy documentation is meticulously managed and that client records are kept up-to-date. Key Responsibilities
- Process new insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update policyholder records in the company's database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Respond to queries from brokers, agents, and policyholders regarding policy details and administration.
- Prepare and issue policy documents, certificates, and other relevant documentation.
- Liaise with underwriters and other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to policy administration.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for policy handling.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role , ideally within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of basic insurance terminology and policy types is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office software, particularly databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
