About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Insurance Policy Administrator to join their fully remote operational team, supporting clients nationwide, including those based near Liverpool . In this crucial administrative role, you will manage the day-to-day processing of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from issuance to renewal. You will be responsible for handling policy amendments, endorsements, and customer queries, providing excellent support to policyholders and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Process new insurance policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Manage policy amendments, including changes in coverage, address, and personal details.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy details, coverage, and billing via email and phone.
• Prepare and issue policy documents, certificates, and other related correspondence.
• Maintain accurate policyholder records in the company's database systems.
• Liaise with underwriters and sales teams to resolve policy-related issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy administration principles and terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
• Proficiency with office software, particularly databases and word processing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
