Our client is seeking an organized and customer-focused Insurance Policy Administrator to join their remote team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and accurate management of insurance policies from inception through to renewal. You will be responsible for handling policy documentation, processing endorsements, managing renewals, and providing excellent administrative support to both clients and the wider team. Key Responsibilities
- Process new insurance policy applications, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Manage policy renewals, ensuring timely communication with clients and updating records.
- Prepare and issue policy documents, certificates, and other related correspondence.
- Respond to policyholder inquiries via phone, email, and online portals, providing clear and accurate information.
- Maintain and update policyholder records in the company's administrative system.
- Liaise with underwriters and claims departments to resolve policy-related queries.
- Support the sales and customer service teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
