About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and analyze various insurance-related risks, including market, credit, operational, and underwriting risks.
- Develop and implement risk models and methodologies to quantify potential financial impacts of identified risks.
- Monitor risk exposures and key risk indicators, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and finance teams to integrate risk management frameworks into business processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging risks and industry best practices in risk analysis and management.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of risk management policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Risk Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical software and modeling techniques.
- Excellent understanding of insurance products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is highly advantageous.
