Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various business units and insurance product lines.
- Develop, implement, and monitor risk management policies and procedures.
- Analyze large datasets to identify emerging risks, quantify potential impacts, and track key risk indicators.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to integrate risk management principles into business operations.
- Monitor the regulatory landscape and ensure the company's risk management practices remain compliant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk analysis, preferably within the insurance industry .
- Strong analytical, statistical modeling, and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency with risk management software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complex risk concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II is advantageous.
