Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise-wide risk management framework.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks across all business functions, including financial, operational, and strategic risks.

- Monitor the effectiveness of risk management policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and legal requirements related to risk.
- Prepare risk reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and the board.

Requirements
- Significant experience in risk management , preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, financial markets, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., PRM, FRM, CRISC) are highly desirable.
