Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience in risk management , ideally within the financial services or insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, quantitative analysis, and risk mitigation techniques.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective risk management policies and frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting the insurance industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CRISC, FRM) is highly desirable.
