About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Insurance Risk Manager to join their established firm in Leeds . This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating a wide range of risks across the company's insurance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and safeguarding the organization's assets and reputation. You will develop and implement robust risk management strategies, working closely with senior management and various departments to embed a strong risk culture. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.

- Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) to senior management and relevant committees.

Requirements
