This role involves advising clients on the protection, exploitation, and enforcement of their intellectual property assets, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs. You will work across various sectors, providing strategic legal counsel on IP-related transactions, licensing agreements, and dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the registration, protection, and management of IP rights.
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing, technology transfer, and collaboration agreements.
• Handle IP disputes, including infringement claims, passing off, and validity challenges.
• Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions and commercial agreements.
• Provide strategic advice on IP portfolio management and brand protection.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with a strong track record in intellectual property law .
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in IP law, covering contentious and non-contentious matters.
• In-depth knowledge of UK and international IP legislation and practice.
• Experience in IP litigation, licensing, and commercialization.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
