Intensive Community Mental Health Practitioner

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join the MhIST team in Birkenhead. This 12-month fixed term post covers maternity leave and entails full-time hours (37.5 per week).

The role focuses on intensive community mental health rehabilitation with a recovery-oriented approach. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, intervene and support individuals with complex needs, using dialogical and values-based practice.
