Interim Deputy Headteacher - Pastoral & Inclusion Lead

Brava Education is partnering with a special school to appoint an Interim Deputy Headteacher with a pastoral focus. You will lead the pastoral team, oversee behaviour, attendance, inclusion, safeguarding and trauma-informed practice, while coaching a leadership group.

There is no timetabled teaching and you will report to the Head with the support of an experienced SLT. The role requires current or recent experience as Assistant or Deputy Headteacher in a special school or alternative provision,
