Interim Deputy Headteacher - Pastoral & Inclusion

Brava Education is seeking an Interim Deputy Headteacher for a special school with SEMH and ASD needs. The role focuses on pastoral leadership, safeguarding and inclusion, working with a second Deputy to oversee behaviour, attendance and trauma-informed practice.

You will line manage assistant heads and coach a leadership team, with strong emphasis on building relationships and practical systems, with no timetabled teaching.
