An Interim HR Consultant to:

Support in delivering the People Strategy Support with Employee engagement activity to develop an action plan and initiatives Support with performance management process, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning Develop people plans Implement organisational development activity Oversee complex employee relations casework Develop and implement HR initiatives Lead change management activity if required including restructures and consultations Projects to be confirmed in more detailProfile

An Interim HR Consultant with:

Experience in leading and managing multiple strategic HR projects Able to start at short notice Experience working in Housing desirable Experience working in a multi-site organisation essentialJob Offer
