Interim Nursing Home Manager Birmingham Salary: £70,000 pa pro rata | Full-time | Interim Contract

Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager who enjoys a challenge and has a proven track record of driving improvements within care homes?

We are working with a privately owned, growing care provider to recruit an experienced Interim Nursing Home Manager for a nursing home in the Birmingham area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, hands-on leader to make a real difference, taking responsibility for strengthening care standards, supporting the team and driving positive change within the home.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing stability, improving quality and compliance, and developing a positive, person-centred culture.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, ideally within a turnaround or improvement setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, governance and compliance.
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Experience of managing nursing and dementia care services.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to implement change and deliver sustainable improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who thrives on making a difference and wants to have a genuine impact on the future success of a home.
