Founded in 1950, Boxpak Ltd began manufacturing baking cases for the bakery trade. This family-owned business gradually expanded its product range, introducing printed cartons and, in 1960, aluminium foil containers.

We are currently seeking an Internal Account Manager to maintain and develop our existing customer base.

The Role

• Manage key house accounts and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Generate new business and identify opportunities within existing key accounts.
• Deal with customer enquiries promptly, professionally and efficiently.
• Process all customer orders accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the Production Department to ensure production meets customer requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure all customer requests are processed efficiently and that customers are kept fully informed of the progress of their orders.
• Ensure all internal administrative and quality procedures are maintained and regularly reviewed to meet customer requirements.
• Visit key accounts as required.

The Person

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Proven experience in internal account management, preferably within the printing, labelling or corrugated industries.
• Experience of working across a range of markets would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using Management Information Systems, such as Radius.
• The ability to build strong rapport and lasting relationships with key customers.
• The ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
