Internal Recruiter – Construction
Swanley
Office Based - No Hybrid Working

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Internal Recruiter to join a busy and growing construction company.
Working closely with and reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment across the business, sourcing high-quality candidates for a variety of construction, site and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to placement
* Sourcing and screening suitable candidates across a range of construction roles
* Advertising vacancies across job boards and other recruitment channels
* Proactively searching for and approaching suitable candidates
* Conducting initial telephone interviews and candidate qualification
* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of available candidates
* Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
* Completing candidate compliance and right-to-work checks
* Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate information
* Developing strong relationships with site teams, managers and internal stakeholders
* Supporting the Head of Recruitment with current and upcoming staffing requirements
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Previous recruitment experience is preferred, ideally within construction, trades & labour, engineering or a similar sector, although candidates with strong recruitment experience from other industries will also be considered.
You should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to candidate sourcing and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:30
