Internal Sales Co-Ordinator - Magherafelt Permanent
Join a leading manufacturing company as an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator, where you will support the sales function by coordinating customer orders, managing enquiries, and ensuring excellent service delivery from initial contact through to after-sales support.

What you will be doing in the role:
- Promote a full range of group concrete products and raise the company's profile.
- Process quotes, orders and related documentation.
- Communicate with customers whilst delivering excellent customer service.
- Liaise with both the production and transport departments regarding orders and deliveries.
- Collect customer feedback, managing customer expectations and responding to customer queries.
- Update quote logs daily - Order to place quote management.
- Establish, develop, maintain and expand relationships with contractors / consultants / designers and merchants.
- Be an integral part of our established sales team by servicing the needs of existing customers and increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Provide general administrative and sales support to on-site management on a daily basis.
- Answering the telephone, dealing with customers / visitors.
- Carry out any other reasonable request made by management.
What you will need for this role:
- English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above.
- Be computer literate with experience of all Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Effective telephone manner, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and sales experience.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage a number of tasks concurrently.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure to a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work flexibly on own initiative and as part of a team with a 'can do' attitude.
- Ability to work confidentially and treat issues with sensitivity.
- A willingness to undertake training as required.
