£28,000–£30,000 per annum

Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and commercially minded Internal Sales Support professional to join a growing sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with sales, customer service or account management experience who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

Develop relationships with new and existing customers. Proactively generate sales opportunities via telephone and email. Follow up quotations, samples and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records. Prepare quotations and support sales targets. Re-engage dormant customers and develop new business. Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service. What we're looking for:

Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management. Confident communication and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. A proactive, organised and target-driven approach. Good Maths and English qualifications (GCSE Grade 4/C or above). Interested?
