You will be responsible for managing shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and liaising with hauliers and clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating seamless international logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international road freight shipments from origin to destination.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including customs declarations and transit forms.
• Liaise with international hauliers, shipping lines, and clients to ensure smooth transit.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transit.
• Ensure compliance with all international transport regulations and customs laws.

Requirements

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international transport.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and documentation for road freight.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant logistics software and MS Office Suite.
