About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Internal Communications Manager to lead their internal engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with business objectives and company culture.
• Create engaging content for various internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, town halls, and team meetings.
• Manage and optimize the company intranet to ensure information accessibility and employee engagement.
• Facilitate effective communication between leadership and employees, ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Support change management initiatives through clear and timely internal messaging.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications , corporate communications, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful internal communication strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Experience with content creation for diverse internal audiences and channels.
• Proficiency in using intranet platforms and other internal communication tools.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement best practices.
