The role also involves maintaining accurate records, sharing information appropriately with colleagues and partner agencies, supporting the delivery of sentence plans, and ensuring the premises remain clean, safe and welcoming. Using a trauma-informed approach, you will exercise professional judgement, maintain firm boundaries and respond effectively to challenging or unexpected situations while helping to foster a culture of respect and positive change.
