About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join their team, supporting operations remotely from Cardiff . You will be responsible for conducting regular audits, investigating discrepancies, and implementing procedures to minimize stock loss and ensure optimal stock levels. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by analyzing system records and operational activities.
• Develop and implement improved inventory control procedures to enhance accuracy and reduce stockouts or overstock situations.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and recommend adjustments to purchasing and replenishment strategies.
• Generate reports on inventory valuation, stock movement, and other key metrics for management review.
• Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure efficient inventory management processes.

Requirements
