Key Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy of stock records.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor stock levels and report on potential shortages or overstock situations.
• Assist in the implementation and adherence to inventory control policies and procedures.
• Support the receiving and shipping departments by providing accurate inventory information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory control or a similar role, preferably within a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control principles.
