Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory assignments.
• Develop detailed financial models, including LBOs, DCFs, and accretion/dilution analyses.
• Prepare client presentation materials, such as pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and management presentations.
• Conduct in-depth industry research, market analysis, and company valuations.
• Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors throughout the deal process in Coventry .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of corporate finance principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
