Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination and execution of M&A, debt, and equity transactions.
• Develop detailed financial models, including LBO, M&A, DCF, and comparable company analyses.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as pitch books, management presentations, and financial reports.
• Conduct industry and company-specific research to support transaction analysis and client advisory.
• Manage client interactions and build strong relationships with corporate executives and financial sponsors.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, auditors, and other advisors throughout the transaction process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal, CapIQ, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work long hours and travel as needed for client engagements in Coventry and beyond.
